Re: Permit to hold a march

I refer to your preceding email. We are unable to accede to your appeal to hold a march for reasons already given in our letter to Mr See dated 9 Dec 2010. Our position on this matter is clear. You are advised to hold your march at the Speakers' Corner instead.
