Notice of 1st AGM of Singaporeans For Democracy

Dear members,

The 1st AGM of Singaporeans For Democracy (SFD) will be held on Thursday 29 April 2010 at 7.30pm. The Agenda for the 1st AGM is as follows:

1. To receive, and approve the pro-tem President’s report for the period ending 28 April 2010.
2. To receive, and if approved, adopt the Statement of Accounts for the pro-tem period ending 28 April 2010.
3. To elect the office bearers for the year 2010-2012:
   1. Executive-Director;
   2. Deputy Executive-Director;
   3. an Executive Secretary;
   4. a Deputy Executive Secretary;
   5. a Communications Director;
   6. a Financial Director; and
   7. a Deputy Financial Director.
4. To pass the following resolutions
   1. “The Board of Directors of Singaporeans for Democracy (SFD) sanction the opening of a bank account”
   2. “The signatories of the Singaporeans for Democracy (SFD) account shall be either of the following two office bearers, Executive Director, Deputy Executive-Director or Financial Director.”
5. To present a motion of thanks to all pro-tem members for enabling SFD’s registration.
6. Any Other Business.

The following documents will be circulated before the meeting:

1. Pro-tem President Report for the pro-tem period ending 28 April 2010.
2. Financial Statements for the pro-tem period ending 28 April 2010.
